Project Summary
The Oceanfront Apartments project included the evaluation of 408 units on the coastline of Texas. Saltwater has a corrosive effect on building materials. Nevins Engineering evaluated the effects of saltwater corrosion on structural members throughout the complex. Remedial repairs were identified and communicated.
